Return and refund policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Since each item is handmade, unique and made-to-order, we only offer returns or exchanges in the following cases:
1.Damaged product on arrival
2.Wrong product delivered
Conditions:
1.Request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
2.Product must be unused and in original packaging.
3.Send us a photo/video proof of the damage at [your email/WhatsApp].
Not eligible for return:
1.Size issues (please refer to size chart carefully)
2.Color variation due to screen/display differences
3.Customized or personalized orders
Refunds:
1. If approved, refund will be processed via original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2.In case of COD orders, refund will be via UPI.
Note:
Return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.
